SPEEDYCLEANS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Speedycleans LLC (“Speedycleans,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking, signing, authorizing payment, or allowing services to begin, Client agrees to all terms below.
1. SERVICES & PRICING
1.1 Cleaning Services
Cleaning services are billed at $75 per hour per technician, or the current standard rate in effect at the time of service, unless otherwise stated in writing. All cleaning appointments are subject to a minimum of two (2) hours, unless explicitly waived by Speedycleans in writing.
Time is calculated based on actual time spent on site, beginning upon technician arrival and ending upon completion. Final pricing may vary based on condition, scope, and time required.
1.2 One-Time Cleaning
One-time cleanings start at a $150 minimum. One-time pricing does not include recurring or membership discounts.
1.3 Recurring Cleaning (Non-Membership)
Clients may elect recurring service without a membership. Recurring pricing reflects a discounted rate based on frequency.
If Client cancels recurring service, Speedycleans reserves the right to retroactively bill all prior discounted visits at the applicable one-time rate, unless Client is an active Forever Clean member at the time of cancellation.
1.4 Forever Clean Membership
The Forever Clean Membership fee is $250 per year.
Membership provides 45% off the standard cleaning rate in effect at the time services are rendered
Member cleanings may be as low as $83 per visit, depending on the current standard rate and service details
Membership automatically renews annually at $250 per year unless canceled prior to the renewal date
Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
Forever Clean members are exempt from retroactive billing upon cancellation
Membership does not guarantee availability without confirmed scheduling
2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Client expressly authorizes Speedycleans LLC to:
Charge the card on file for services rendered, including labor time, approved add-ons, applicable fees, and authorized adjustments based on actual time spent on site
Preauthorize the card prior to service to validate the payment method and secure the booking
Process all charges at the completion of service
Charge cancellation, no-show, or lock-out fees
Securely store payment credentials for future or recurring services
Client acknowledges that the final charge may vary from any estimate provided and agrees to pay the final amount based on services performed and time spent.
3. CANCELLATIONS, LOCK-OUTS & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or lock-out fee equal to the service minimum ($75).
If technicians arrive and are unable to access the property, or if Client is unavailable, unresponsive, or denies access, service is considered attempted and billable, and Client authorizes the applicable fee to be charged to the card on file.
4. SERVICE COMPLETION & SATISFACTION
Services are considered rendered once technicians arrive and perform work as scheduled, regardless of Client satisfaction.
Dissatisfaction does not void payment obligations.
Any remedies, if applicable, are limited to re-service or account credits at Speedycleans’ sole discretion.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGES
Client agrees to secure, remove, or clearly direct technicians not to touch any fragile, valuable, or damage-prone items.
Damage Claims
Must be reported within 24 hours of service
Must include clear photographic evidence and original purchase receipts
Speedycleans’ liability is limited to $150 per item, per occurrence
Speedycleans is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items
6. REFUNDS, CREDITS & DISPUTES
All services are considered final once completed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Speedycleans’ discretion. Credits, if provided, are non-cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Client agrees to contact Speedycleans directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
7. DISPUTES, FEES & COLLECTIONS
If Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Speedycleans reserves the right to submit this Agreement, signed authorizations, call recordings, photographs, time logs, service documentation, and payment records as evidence.
Client agrees to be responsible for chargeback fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses permitted by law. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
8. RECURRING & FUTURE CHARGES
Client authorizes Speedycleans LLC to securely store payment information and charge the card on file for future scheduled or recurring services, unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
9. NON-CIRCUMVENTION / SOLICITATION OF CLEANERS
Client agrees not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or contract with any Speedycleans cleaner or technician outside of Speedycleans.
Violation of this section will result in a $250 non-circumvention fee per occurrence, in addition to any documented damages or lost revenue.
10. QUALITY ASSURANCE, DOCUMENTATION & CONSENT
Client consents to:
Call recording
Photo documentation before, during, or after service
Use of documentation for quality assurance, billing verification, and dispute resolution
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Speedycleans’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Speedycleans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which service is performed. Venue shall lie exclusively in the appropriate court of that jurisdiction.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with any signed booking or payment authorization, constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Speedycleans LLC.

We area a family owned and operated company with trustworthy traditions. We are committed to providing both friendly and safe home cleaning services. We work with budgets and have flexible scheduling days and times available.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During your home cleaning service we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like us to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy during our housekeeping visits.

We love when customers are home while we clean but you do not have to be there. Customers tell us all the time how great it is to get home from a long day and see a spotless and great smelling/looking home. If you will not be present for the cleaning service or would like to leave at any time we just put a card on file. We also ask that you give specific instructions on how to lock up or leave the premises.

We try to bring all cleaning supplies and chemicals needed for any situation. However if your home or business needs special attention to things like; rust, hard water, mold or mildew please let us know in advance so we can guarantee bringing enough of the correct solution. Otherwise we try to use green or environmentally friendly cleaning products when possible and bring strong chemicals as a backup for those special attention areas.

We try to be contact - free whenever possible. Most clients typically put a card on file and we bill them after the cleaning is completed. We accept all major credit cards.

Having a recurring maid service saves time and energy. We do the small and large tasks, from taking out trash to cleaning on rotation to make sure all areas are well kept.

With all the daily obligations and responsibilities home cleaning can be the chore that puts a lot of clients over the edge. Let us take one more task off of your never ending list. A clean space is a stress free space.

Choose how often you'd like Speedycleans to come in and make your home spotless. We can clean the entire home every time or just focus on high traffic area housekeeping. Common requests are weekly, bi-weekly and monthly home cleaning.

Our maid service brings all cleaning supplies and equipment at no extra charge. A professional grade vacuum alone costs hundreds of dollars!

Have a clean home all the time not just some of the time! Offering different levels of cleaning such as: move in / move out home cleaning, deep cleaning, standard cleaning , or recurring house cleaning.

On every visit we clean, disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas and surfaces. This helps reduce the spread of sicknesses and allergens.
