What makes us the best? Our review program! After every clean or service you will be prompted to review your cleaning experience with us. Of course we want all 5 stars but we understand that from time to time we may receive a less than desirable rating. Whenever this happens we ask for what could have made the experience a 5 star so that way we can always be aware of how to improve or make it right. The cleaner is alerted to any reviews given. This way they can get a pat on the back or entered into a drawing for a fun monthly prize or to go back through training to make sure we correct any errors immediately.
We try to keep the same cleaner with the same client to ensure that we are always cleaning as efficiently as possible. What Are Your Covid-19 Policies?
We take the current pandemic very seriously and want to do our part to help keep both our cleaners and customers safe on each and every visit. All cleaners must be in perfect health with no temperature or symptoms to be able to go into customers homes or offices. We do not offer cleaning services for customers who have Covid-19 or who have had symptoms. Our home and office cleaners wear a mask and gloves while onsite and adhere to social distancing guidelines while performing any housekeeping tasks.
Are you insured?
We are both a bonded and insured home and office cleaning service. Certificates available upon request.
What about pets?
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During your home cleaning service we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like us to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy during our housekeeping visits.
Do I Need To Be Present For The Cleaning?
We love when customers are home while we clean but you do not have to be there. Customers tell us all the time how great it is to get home from a long day and see a spotless and great smelling/looking home. If you will not be present for the cleaning service or would like to leave at any time we just put a card on file. We also ask that you give specific instructions on how to lock up or leave the premises.
What Type Of Cleaning Products Are Used?
We try to bring all cleaning supplies and chemicals needed for any situation. However if your home or business needs special attention to things like; rust, hard water, mold or mildew please let us know in advance so we can guarantee bringing enough of the correct solution. Otherwise we try to use green or environmentally friendly cleaning products when possible and bring strong chemicals as a backup for those special attention areas.
What type of payment options do you accept?
We try to be contact - free whenever possible. Most client typically put a card on file and we bill them 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. We accept all major credit cards. However we also accept cash, ACH, Venmo or Zelle for your convenience. If paying in any form other than a card on file we do require you to be present for the entire cleaning session and we confirm payment at the end and send you an emailed receipt.
